Refund policy
Our Free Trials are non-refundable and do not qualify for our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
There’s no need to send Moby™ back to us for a return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery of your first order. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping, VAT, or duties—no questions asked. Simply reach out to Moby at hello@moby.com and someone will be happy to help. Refunds take approximately 2-5 days to process.
Refunds apply to your first order only, not any subsequent shipments, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 60-day period. For all subsequent shipments, you may reschedule or cancel at any time in your account.
If your refund request is outside of the 60-day guarantee, we are unable to issue a refund or offer credit. Additionally, if you cancel your subscription and reactivate that same subscription at a later date, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
If your shipment is returned to sender, we will contact you within 30 days and offer to reship your order or issue a full refund.
